Hello everyone! Want to give appreciation to the manager for being professional and compassionate person. These days it's hard to fine genuine people who sincerely care about others. I've been living at fortyone11 along time now and glad to see management back on its A Game... so, big Thanks to Terry for being himself. As a community member I can honestly say we're in good hands...

With the right part that I ordered on Amazon they helped me secure in the attachment for my air conditioner and finally have some relief from this heat.

Strength through community
I have lived here at fortyone11 for several years. It's the perfect location as there are 5 different ways to head any direction in town. I-5, i-405, i-84 and 7 minutes from downtown. People here are friendly and supportive. Management is attentive and actively works with people to solve issues. Apartments are modern and the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. My favorite is the gas stoves.

The maintenance man, Lee, came to fix my oven and garbage disposal and was very nice and helpful. We had a good conversation while he worked, and if I ever have more maintenance issues I hope it’s Lee that comes to fix them.
