DO NOT get rid of your maintenance man! That dude needs a raise🙋. He's in & out like a nascar pit crew. Call him Mario andretti the maintenance man. Lol

Loved the apartment! Modern, bright and big windows, with a gas stove! Management was responsive and always trying to better the community (coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, weekend donuts)... there are some trash residents, but I imagine you get that anywhere... convenient place to walk, bike and ride. Lots of restaurants over on Williams, but not paying Williams rent.
